Terms of Service

1. Service Description

VektoraOS is an AI agent workforce platform operated by Vektora Labs (Fisher Pikeman LLC). We provide AI-powered virtual employees that perform business tasks autonomously on your behalf. These agents can handle email, scheduling, research, customer communication, data analysis, and other professional tasks across 150+ industry-specific roles.

2. Account Registration

To use VektoraOS, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Providing truthful registration information (name, email, company name, address)
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by AI agents you deploy
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each person may only maintain one account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VektoraOS only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use AI agents to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations through your agents
• Use the platform for any illegal activity, including fraud or money laundering
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of VektoraOS
• Resell access to VektoraOS without a white-label agreement (Agency/Enterprise plans)
• Use agents to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Free Tier: Includes 1 AI agent, 100 task credits, and access to basic roles. Subject to fair use limits. No credit card required.

Paid Plans: Personal ($29/mo), Starter ($99/mo), Studio ($249/mo), Agency ($499/mo), and Enterprise ($999/mo). All paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

Billing: Subscriptions are charged on the same day each month. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. After 14 days, refunds are not available for partial months. Contact hello@vektoraos.com for refund requests.

Usage-based charges: AI token consumption beyond your plan's included allocation is billed at published rates at the end of each billing cycle.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier is provided for evaluation purposes and is subject to:

• 1 AI agent maximum
• 100 task credits (non-renewable)
• Haiku model only (no Sonnet or Opus)
• No intern delegation or multi-agent workflows
• Fair use: excessive automated usage may result in throttling

6. Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data you provide to VektoraOS, including documents, contacts, business data, and instructions. AI-generated content (emails, reports, analyses, documents) produced by your agents belongs to you.

No Training: We do not use your data to train our AI models or any third-party AI models. Your agent conversations, tasks, and memories are never included in training datasets.

Portability: You may export your data at any time through the dashboard or API.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime for the VektoraOS platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

• Third-party service outages (Anthropic, Stripe, cloud providers)
• Force majeure events
• Your network or hardware issues
• Actions taken to protect platform security

8. Limitation of Liability

VektoraOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for decisions made by AI agents or business outcomes resulting from agent actions
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs before acting on them in high-stakes situations

9. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your agents will be suspended, and your data will be available for export for 90 days.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that harms other users or the platform. We will provide 30 days notice for termination without cause.

Effect: Upon termination, your agents stop operating, and your data is retained for 90 days. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

VektoraOS agents produce AI-generated content using Anthropic's Claude models. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all agent outputs before using them in business operations
• AI agents should not be relied upon as the sole source of advice for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated matters
• VektoraOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vektora Labs (Fisher Pikeman LLC), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of VektoraOS or actions taken by your AI agents
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Content you upload or provide to the platform

12. Children

VektoraOS is a business platform and is not directed at children under the age of 13. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of VektoraOS shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in New York, NY. Each party shall bear its own costs. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of VektoraOS after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
